Russell Falls is located in the Central Highlands region of Tasmania, Australia. No doubt, it is the prettiest waterfall in Tasmania, most photographed and easier to get to.
The area around the Central Highlands is called Mt field National Park – Tasmania World Heritage Wilderness area, just over one hour drive from Hobart.
To me, the feature of Russell Falls resembles silk curtain dropping from above. Using the slow motion and proper setting on the camera, you will get that amazing silk effect which I see on my friends’ photographs. But, how to master it? May be, it is another lesson on photography that I will master in the very near future.
